Be sure to order early so that your items arrive on time.

Below is a list of items by categories for you to review in assisting you with your choices.

We suggest you have the number of items needed by category in your event.

Use our menu - Review possible choices to fulfill your needs in each category

When you find items of interest, add them to your cart and continue to next category.

Come back later for changes and or details once you have determined all your choices.

Golf Hole Sponsors

Decide with your sponsors what items they will provide or expect you to provide.
You will want to consider, Hole Flags, Balls, Bags of Tees, Divot Tools, Awards, Gifts, etc. that they may want to personalize with their corporate identity. Wealthwood can assist you in determining your needs. Obviously, the sponsor loves their name on things but whom and how much you pay is the consideration. If your event is charitable you will want to have as much money going to your cause as possible. Your sponsor/s may ask you to choose the items you prefer and not need involvement or they may expect you to present a budget.

Once you have determined what your sponsor/s expects and have your budget decided,

First, Plan for your signage and promotional material of necessity.

Secondly, Plan for the additional needs to assist in sales and marketing to make your event colorful and a success.

Suggestions: Hole Flags with Sponsors Name, Corporate Balls, Divot Tools, Shoe Bags,
Golf Equipment, Awards, Plaques, Trophies, Sponsor/Event Name Banners for all areas, Directional Signage and Promotional/Advertising Materials. You may want to include a thank you to hand out at end of event or mail out later.

Individual and Team Prizes

Choose Prizes for Winners, runner-ups and other fun categories for your event play.

Most fun events involve team competition. Team weaker players with stronger players.

Every member of teams should get a gift. Try to keep prize values relatively equal so that as many prizes as possible can be given out.

Most events offer something to win for every one as this makes events the most fun for everyone and no one feels left out.

Make it Fun Prizes

Whatever your event devise ways for people to have fun and laugh. Golf tournament: shortest drive, longest drive, closest to hole, maybe things like best dressed, worse dressed, worse score.

For events: come up with games and winners for them with humor as the objective. Fastest, Slowest, Most Inventive, etc.

After the Event

Don't forget to plan the wrap up to your event whether it is an Awards Presentation, BBQ or Dinner, Clubhouse event or other. Plan for Prizes and Gifts and Promotional Materials to be used and promoted at this time. This is a great time to give thanks all around and Sell Next Year's Event.
